Product Introduction

The Wafer Durable Ductile Iron Butterfly Valve with Tamper Switch is a high-performance valve designed for precision flow control in gas, fluid, and semi-solid applications, particularly in fire protection systems such as fire sprinklers and standpipes. Its rugged design and versatile capabilities make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor water-based systems.

This butterfly valve is capable of regulating water flow at pressures up to 300 PSI for grooved or wafer configurations and 175 PSI for NPT threaded setups.
It can withstand temperatures of up to 212°F (100°C) for grooved versions or 176°F (80°C) for NPT threaded and wafer types.

This Butterfly Valve is UL Listed and FM Approved. It is available in 3 different connection types, each with their own sizing options:

Grooved – 2 in., 2-1/2 in., 3 in., 4 in., 6 in., 8 in.

Wafer – 3 in., 4 in., 6 in., 8 in.
